The Jade Range JBRE-4-4-36C Bistro™ Restaurant Range is a powerful 36" gas range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It features four 15,000 BTU open burners and four additional 15,000 BTU step-up open burners, providing versatile cooking options for various dishes. The convection oven ensures even heat distribution for consistent baking results and comes with one chrome-plated rack for optimal cooking space. Constructed with a durable stainless steel front, sides, and stub back, this range is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The 6" adjustable legs allow for easy leveling on uneven surfaces. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a 4.0 amp draw and 1/4 HP motor, it delivers a total output of 150,000 BTU.
