The Jade Range JFLH-02S-T-48 Titan™ Fire & Ice Freezer Base is a robust and efficient equipment stand designed for commercial kitchens. This 48" self-contained unit features two self-closing drawers, each measuring 27-1/4", providing easy access and secure storage. It accommodates three 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans (pans sold separately), making it ideal for various food storage needs. Equipped with face-mounted dial thermometers for precise temperature monitoring, this freezer base ensures optimal food preservation. The built-in condensate evaporator enhances performance by efficiently managing moisture. Its durable stainless steel construction and 6" adjustable legs provide stability and ease of cleaning. Operating at 10.6 amps, this unit is cETLus certified, ensuring it meets rigorous safety and performance standards.
