The Jade Range JFLH-04S-T-72 Titan™ Fire & Ice Freezer Base is a robust and efficient equipment stand designed for commercial kitchens. Measuring 72 inches, this self-contained unit features two self-closing drawers, each with dimensions of 14-3/8 inches and 27-1/4 inches, providing ample storage for your ingredients. It accommodates five 12" x 20" x 6" deep pans (pans sold separately), making it versatile for various food storage needs. Equipped with face-mounted dial thermometers for easy temperature monitoring, this freezer base ensures optimal food preservation. The built-in condensate evaporator enhances efficiency by managing moisture effectively. Constructed with durable stainless steel, it includes 6-inch adjustable legs for stability on uneven surfaces. Operating at 10.7 amps, this unit is cETLus certified, ensuring it meets rigorous safety and performance standards.
