Description
The Jade Range JGM-2436 Supreme™ Griddle is a high-performance gas countertop unit designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring a spacious 36" cooking surface with a 1" thick smooth steel plate, it ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The manual controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, while the absence of a temperature thermostat provides flexibility for various cooking techniques.
