Description
The Jade Range JGM-2472 Supreme™ Griddle is a high-performance gas countertop unit designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring a spacious 72" cooking surface with a 1" thick smooth steel plate, it ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The manual controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, while the pilot tips enhance safety and ease of use. The griddle is equipped with 3" high stainless steel side and rear splashes to contain spills and maintain a clean workspace.
