Description
The Jade Range JGT-2472 Supreme™ Griddle is a high-performance gas countertop unit designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring a spacious 72" cooking surface with a 1" thick smooth steel plate, it ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. The griddle is equipped with precise thermostatic controls for accurate temperature management, along with pilot tips and a spark igniter for easy ignition. Its durable construction includes 3" high stainless steel side and rear splashes to contain spills and enhance safety.
