Description
The Jade Range JMRH-18G is an 18" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking. Featuring a Titan™ modular design, this range includes a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate for even heat distribution and durability. Manual controls allow for precise cooking without a temperature thermostat. The stainless steel grease trough and splashguards ensure a clean cooking environment, while the 6" plate shelf provides convenient storage. With a powerful output of 35,000 BTU, this range is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
