Description
The Jade Range JMRH-36B is a 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. This Titan™ model features a modular charbroiler with durable cast iron radiants and grate, ensuring even heat distribution and excellent grilling results. It includes infinite manual controls for precise temperature adjustments and two convenient drip trays for easy cleanup. The stainless steel 6" plate shelf provides additional workspace, while the robust construction with stainless steel front, sides, stub back, and tray bed enhances durability and ease of maintenance. With a powerful output of 90,000 BTU, this range is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any professional kitchen.
