The Jade Range JMRH-72GT is a 72" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. This Titan™ model features a modular design with a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, ensuring even heat distribution and durability. Equipped with precise thermostatic controls, it allows for accurate temperature management. The stainless steel grease trough and splashguards enhance safety and cleanliness during cooking. A 6" plate shelf provides convenient storage for utensils and dishes. With a powerful output of 180,000 BTU, this range meets the demands of busy kitchens while being CSAus and NSF certified for quality and safety.
