Description

The Jade Range JMSS-03-T-36 is a 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for professional kitchens. It features three powerful open burners at the front, delivering a total output of 90,000 BTU for efficient cooking. The rear refrigerated rail accommodates up to five 1/4 size pans, providing convenient access to ingredients while keeping them chilled. Each burner has independent controls for precise temperature management. This modular unit requires installation on a compatible Jade refrigerated base, sold separately. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes a removable night cover, a 6" plate shelf, and a stub back for added functionality. With a power requirement of 2.0 amps and a 1/5 HP motor, it meets cETLus, CSAus, and NSF standards, ensuring reliability and safety in any commercial kitchen environment.
