The Jade Range JMSS-04-T-48 is a 48" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. Featuring four open burners at the front, this Titan™ Fire & Ice™ Sauté Station delivers a powerful 120,000 BTU output, ensuring rapid heating and efficient cooking. The rear refrigerated rail accommodates up to six 1/4 size pans, providing convenient access to ingredients while keeping them chilled. This modular unit requires installation on a compatible Jade refrigerated base, sold separately. It includes independent controls for each burner, allowing for precise temperature management. The stainless steel removable night cover enhances durability and ease of cleaning, while the front, sides, and stub back are also constructed from stainless steel for a sleek, professional appearance. The 6" plate shelf offers additional workspace for food preparation. With a power requirement of 2.0 amps and a 1/4 HP motor, this range is cETLus, CSAus, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
