Description

The Jade Range JMSS-05-T-60 is a 60" heavy-duty gas range designed for professional kitchens. It features five powerful open burners at the front, delivering a total output of 150,000 BTU for efficient cooking. The rear refrigerated rail accommodates up to eight 1/4 size pans, providing ample storage for ingredients and enhancing workflow. Each burner has independent controls for precise temperature management. This modular unit requires installation on a compatible Jade refrigerated base, sold separately. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes a removable night cover, a 6" plate shelf, and a stub back for added convenience. The range is certified by cETLus, CSAus, and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards. With a power requirement of 2.0 amps and a 1/4 HP motor, this range is built for reliability and performance in high-demand environments.
