Description

The Jade Range JSHBI-36H-36 is a Titan™ Heavy Duty Upright Infrared Broiler designed for high-performance cooking. This gas-powered, 36" single-deck broiler features durable ceramic radiants for efficient heat distribution. The roll-out grid carriage and lift-out grids facilitate easy access and cleaning. It includes one standard oven and one warming oven, equipped with two chrome-plated oven racks for versatile cooking options. The 6" plate shelf provides additional workspace, while the stainless steel construction ensures durability and easy maintenance. Adjustable legs allow for customized height, and the unit operates on 115v/60/1-ph with a 2.0 amp draw. With a powerful output of 139,000 BTU, this broiler is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
