Its robust 5/8" thick steel plate ensures even heat distribution for perfectly cooked tortillas every time. Featuring adjustable variable speeds and motor controls, this griddle allows for precise cooking adjustments to suit your needs. The built-in spark igniter provides quick and reliable ignition, while the stainless steel outer shroud and base cabinet ensure durability and easy maintenance. With adjustable feet for stability on any surface, this griddle operates at 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 10.0 amps and delivering 50,000 BTU of power.
