Description

The Jade Range JTRG-48 Titan™ Rotating Tortilla Griddle is designed for high-performance cooking with a generous 48" diameter cooking surface. Its 5/8" thick steel plate ensures even heat distribution for perfectly cooked tortillas. The adjustable variable speeds allow for precise control over cooking times, while the motor controls and spark igniter enhance ease of use. Constructed with a durable stainless steel outer shroud and base cabinet, this griddle is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. Adjustable feet provide stability on uneven surfaces. Operating at 115v/60/1-ph with 10.0 amps and delivering 50,000 BTU, this griddle meets CSAus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
