The Jade Range JTRH-18IP is an 18" heavy-duty gas range designed for professional kitchens. It features a Titan™ heavy-duty construction with an even heat plancha made from 5/8" thick material, ensuring consistent cooking results. The range includes a cabinet base with a 4-sided trough and an island-style plate for added convenience. A stainless steel grease trough facilitates easy cleanup, while the 6" plate shelf provides ample space for food preparation. The front, sides, and stub back are constructed from durable stainless steel, and the unit is supported by 6" adjustable legs for stability.
