Description
The Jade Range JTRH-24IP-2-36 is a robust 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking. It features two open burners and a 24" even heat plancha with a durable 5/8" thick surface, providing versatile cooking options. The infinite controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, while the standard oven includes two chrome-plated racks and a stainless steel oven liner for easy cleaning and maintenance. A built-in grease trough ensures efficient cleanup, and the 6" plate shelf offers convenient storage for dishes. The range is equipped with a sturdy stub back and tray bed, along with 6" adjustable legs for stability. With a powerful output of 122,500 BTU, this range is CSAus and NSF certified, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens.
