Description
The Jade Range JTRH-24IP-2 is a robust 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking. It features two open burners and a 24" even heat plancha with a 5/8" thick cooking surface, providing versatile cooking options. The infinite controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, ensuring optimal cooking results. Constructed with a durable cabinet base, this range includes a stainless steel grease trough for easy cleanup and a 6" plate shelf for added convenience. The front, sides, stub back, and tray bed are all made from stainless steel, enhancing durability and ease of maintenance. The range is equipped with 6" adjustable legs for stability on any surface. With a powerful output of 87,500 BTU, it meets CSAus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
