Description

The Jade Range JTRH-2FHT-36C is a 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It features two 18" French hot tops, each delivering 30,000 BTUs for powerful heat and precise cooking control with infinite settings. The convection oven ensures even baking and roasting, equipped with two chrome-plated racks and a stainless steel oven liner for easy cleaning and durability. A 6" plate shelf provides convenient storage for dishes, while the robust construction includes stainless steel front, sides, stub back, and bottom. The range is supported by 6" adjustable legs for stability. Operating at 115V/60/1-ph with a power draw of 4.4 amps and a 1/4 HP motor, it boasts a total output of 90,000 BTUs.
