The Jade Range JTRH-30B-30C is a 30" heavy-duty gas range designed for professional kitchens. This Titan™ model features a powerful charbroiler with cast iron radiants and grates, ensuring optimal heat retention and cooking performance. It includes infinite manual controls for precise temperature adjustments and a convection oven that enhances cooking efficiency and even heat distribution. The oven is equipped with two chrome-plated racks and two drip trays, complemented by a stainless steel oven liner for easy cleaning. A 6" plate shelf provides additional workspace, while the front, top, sides, stub back, and tray bed are all constructed from durable stainless steel for longevity. The range stands on 6" adjustable legs, allowing for customizable height to fit your kitchen setup. With a total output of 105,000 BTU, this range operates on 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 4.0 amps and featuring a 1/4 HP motor.
