Description

The Jade Range JTRH-30G-30C is a robust 30" heavy-duty gas range designed for professional kitchens. It features a Titan™ heavy-duty construction with a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, providing exceptional durability and heat retention. The manual controls allow for precise cooking without the need for a temperature thermostat. Equipped with a convection oven, this range includes two chrome-plated racks and a stainless steel oven liner for easy cleaning and maintenance. The integrated grease trough and splashguards enhance safety and cleanliness during cooking. A 6" plate shelf offers convenient storage for dishes, while the front, sides, stub back, and bottom are all constructed from stainless steel for added resilience. The range stands on 6" adjustable legs, ensuring stability on any surface. With a powerful output of 100,000 BTU, it operates on 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 4.0 amps and featuring a 1/4 HP motor.
