Description

The Jade Range JTRH-30GT-30C is a 30" heavy-duty gas range designed for professional kitchens. It features a Titan™ heavy-duty construction with a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. The range is equipped with precise thermostat controls for accurate temperature management and a convection oven that enhances cooking efficiency. Included are two chrome-plated racks for versatile cooking options, along with a stainless steel oven liner for easy cleaning. The design incorporates a grease trough and splashguards to maintain a tidy workspace. A 6" plate shelf provides additional storage, while the front, sides, stub back, and bottom are all constructed from stainless steel for longevity. The range stands on 6" adjustable legs, allowing for customizable height. With a powerful output of 90,000 BTU, this range operates on 115v/60/1-ph, drawing 4.0 amps and featuring a 1/4 HP motor.
