Description

The Jade Range JTRH-30IP-30 is a 30" Heavy Duty Gas Range designed for professional kitchens. This Titan™ model features an even heat plancha with a robust 5/8" thick cooking surface, ensuring consistent cooking results. It includes infinite controls for precise temperature management and a 4-sided trough with an Island style plate for added versatility. The standard oven is equipped with two chrome-plated racks and a stainless steel oven liner for easy cleaning and durability. A grease trough helps maintain a tidy workspace, while the 6" plate shelf provides convenient storage. The range is built with front, sides, and a stub back in stainless steel, complemented by 6" adjustable legs for stability. With a powerful output of 52,500 BTU, this range meets CSAus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen.
