This 36" Titan™ model features thermostatic controls for precise temperature management and a single-deck convection oven for even cooking results. It includes two chrome-plated oven racks and a durable stainless steel oven liner, ensuring easy maintenance and longevity. The robust construction includes stainless steel front, sides, top, and stub back, complemented by 6" adjustable legs for stability. Operating at 30,000 BTU, this oven is efficient and powerful, with a 115V/60/1-ph electrical requirement, drawing 4.4 amps and powered by a 1/4 HP motor. Certified by CSAus and NSF, it meets high standards for safety and sanitation.
