The Jade Range JTRH-36GT is a 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for professional kitchens. It features a Titan™ heavy-duty construction with a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, ensuring durability and excellent heat retention. The thermostatic controls allow for precise temperature management, making it easy to achieve consistent cooking results. The range includes a spacious cabinet base for convenient storage, along with a stainless steel grease trough and splashguards for easy cleanup and safety. A 6" plate shelf provides additional workspace, while the front, sides, stub back, and bottom are all constructed from stainless steel for enhanced durability. The adjustable 6" legs ensure stability on any surface. With a powerful output of 90,000 BTU, this range is perfect for high-demand cooking environments.
