The Jade Range JTRH-4-1HT-36 is a robust 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking. It features four powerful 12" open burners, each delivering 30,000 BTUs, alongside a 35,000 BTU hot top for versatile cooking options. The range is equipped with infinite controls for precise temperature management and includes a standard oven with two chrome-plated racks and a stainless steel oven liner for easy cleaning and durability. A 6" plate shelf provides additional workspace, while the front, sides, stub back, and tray bed are constructed from stainless steel for enhanced durability. The range stands on 6" adjustable legs, ensuring stability and adaptability in any kitchen environment. With a total output of 210,000 BTUs, this range is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
