Description
The Jade Range JTRH-4-1HT is a 36" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking. It features four 12" open burners, each delivering 30,000 BTUs, alongside a powerful 35,000 BTU hot top for versatile cooking options. The range is equipped with infinite controls for precise temperature management. Its robust cabinet base is complemented by a stainless steel 6" plate shelf, providing ample space for food preparation. The front, sides, stub back, and tray bed are all constructed from durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. The unit stands on 6" adjustable legs for stability and adaptability in any kitchen environment. With a total output of 175,000 BTUs, this range is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
