The Jade Range JTRHE-4-4 is a robust 48" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking. It features four powerful 30,000 BTU open burners and four additional 30,000 BTU step-up open burners, providing versatile cooking options. The infinite controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, ensuring optimal cooking results. Constructed with a durable stainless steel cabinet base, it includes a 6" plate shelf for convenient storage and organization. The range is equipped with a stub back and bottom, along with 6" adjustable legs for stability and easy cleaning. With a total output of 240,000 BTU, this range meets CSAus and NSF standards, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens.
