The John Boos GT-14-X Grease Interceptor is designed for efficient grease management in commercial kitchens. With a grease capacity of 14 lbs and a flow rate of 7 gallons per minute, it effectively handles high-volume waste. The unit features a 2" inlet and outlet with no-hub connections for easy installation. A T-Vent is included to enhance ventilation, while the no-skid cover ensures safety during operation. The removable baffle and easy-to-remove cover facilitate straightforward maintenance. Constructed from 1/8" thick carbon steel, this interceptor is durable and built to last. It also includes an integral trap and a vented inlet flow control device for optimal performance. PDI certified, the GT-14-X is available in Effingham and Nevada.
