The Magikitch'n CM-SMB-672 is a high-performance gas countertop charbroiler designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. With overall dimensions of 72"W x 35-1/2"D x 25-3/8"H, it features a free-floating round rod top grate that tilts easily to direct grease into the front trough for hassle-free cleanup. The charbroiler utilizes ceramic briquettes for even heat distribution, ensuring perfectly cooked meats and vegetables every time. Equipped with a 6" service shelf and a utility bar for added convenience, it also includes water tubs to maintain moisture and enhance flavor. A top grid scraper is provided for easy maintenance. The unit stands on 4" legs with bullet feet for stability and easy leveling.
