The Metro C517-CFC-U is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility in food service environments. This 3/4 height cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, while the thermostat can be set up to 190°F for precise temperature control.
Equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" pans with a depth of 2 1/2". The adjustable slides can be modified in 1 1/2" increments to suit various pan sizes. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use.
Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
