The Metro C517-HFC-4 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This 3/4 height cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 190°F, ensuring precise temperature management. The cabinet accommodates a variety of pan sizes with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, holding either (14) 18" x 26" pans or (26) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Equipped with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability, this aluminum cabinet is easy to maneuver. Operating at 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and performance.
