The Metro C517-HFC-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. This 3/4 height unit features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. Its non-insulated construction allows for quick temperature adjustments, with a thermostat capable of reaching up to 190°F. The removable bottom mount control module simplifies maintenance and operation.
Equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates various pan sizes, holding up to (14) 18" x 26" or (26) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. The adjustable slides can be set in 1 1/2" increments for customizable storage. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability when stationary.
Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph power, delivering 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food holding applications.
