Equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 190°F, this cabinet ensures precise temperature control for holding and proofing. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
