The Metro C519-HFC-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. This full-height cabinet features a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility and access. Its non-insulated design allows for efficient heat retention, while the removable bottom mount control module simplifies operation and maintenance.
Equipped with a thermostat adjustable up to 190°F, this cabinet ensures precise temperature control for various food items. The universal wire slides are positioned on 3" centers and can be adjusted in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use. Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 2000 watts and 16 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
