The Metro C533-CLFC-U-GYA is a mobile undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. The cabinet includes a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents and a removable bottom mount control module for user-friendly operation. The thermostat can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature management for various food items.
With universal wire slides on 3" centers, the interior is adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced by 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power rating of 1400 watts and 12 amps.
