The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module and a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, allowing for precise temperature management. It offers universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power rating of 1400 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
