The Metro C533-HLFC-U-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This C5™ 3 Series model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Gray Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal retention and insulation.
The cabinet includes a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents and a removable bottom mount control module for straightforward operation. The thermostat can be set up to 200°F, ensuring precise temperature control.
With universal wire slides on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates various pan sizes, holding up to five 18" x 26" pans or ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. Mobility is enhanced by 3" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1-ph, drawing 1400 watts and 12 amps, and is certified cULus and NSF for safety and sanitation.
