The Metro C533-HLFS-L-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This C5™ 3 Series model features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. It is equipped with Gray Insulation Armour™ for superior insulation, ensuring consistent temperature retention. The cabinet is designed to fit under counters and includes an insulated door for added heat retention.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the adjustable thermostat can reach temperatures up to 200°F. It accommodates up to ten 18" x 26" pans with lip-load slides positioned on 1-1/2" centers for easy loading and unloading. The cabinet is constructed from durable aluminum and features 3" casters, two of which have brakes for stability during use. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 1400 watts and 12 amps, it meets cULus and NSF standards for safety and quality.
