The cabinet is designed for under-counter use and includes an insulated cabinet and door for enhanced heat retention. A removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance. The thermostat can be set up to 200°F, providing flexibility for various food holding needs.
With lip load slides on 1 1/2" centers, it accommodates up to ten 18" x 26" pans, making it ideal for busy kitchens.
