The Metro C535-HFC-U-GYA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. This half-height cabinet features Grey Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents. The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward operation, while the thermostat can be set up to 200°F for precise temperature control.
Equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, the cabinet accommodates up to (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. The adjustable slides can be modified in 1 1/2" increments to suit various pan sizes. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use.
Constructed from durable aluminum, the cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph with a power output of 2000 watts and 16.7 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
