The Metro C535-HFC-UA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. This half-height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring your food stays at the perfect temperature. The clear polycarbonate door provides visibility while maintaining insulation.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for easy adjustments and maintenance. The thermostat can be set up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use.
