Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it allows for easy access and maintenance. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, providing precise temperature control. The cabinet includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
