The Metro C535-HLFC-U is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This half-height unit features Red Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal retention, ensuring food stays warm and ready to serve. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining insulation.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet offers precise temperature control with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F. It accommodates various pan sizes with universal wire slides set on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, holding up to (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates at 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen setting.
