The Metro C535-HLFC-UA is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience. This half-height unit features lower wattage operation, making it energy-efficient while maintaining optimal food temperatures. The cabinet is equipped with Red Insulation Armour™ for superior heat retention and a clear polycarbonate door for easy visibility of contents.
The removable bottom mount control module allows for straightforward adjustments, with a thermostat that reaches up to 200°F. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating either (8) 18" x 26" pans or (16) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability when stationary. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates at 120v/60/1-ph, with a power output of 1440 watts and 12 amps.
