The cabinet includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat that can be set up to 200°F, allowing for precise temperature management. It is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which have brakes for stability when stationary. Constructed from durable aluminum, this cabinet operates on 120v/60/1 ph, with a power rating of 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and quality for commercial use.
