The Metro C535-HLFS-U-GY is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. This half-height cabinet features lower wattage for energy savings while maintaining optimal performance. Constructed with Grey Insulation Armour™, it ensures superior heat retention and insulation. The removable bottom mount control module allows for easy access and maintenance, while the adjustable thermostat reaches temperatures up to 200°F.
The cabinet is equipped with universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to (8) 18" x 26" or (16) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability. Made from durable aluminum, this unit operates on 120v/60/1 ph, delivering 1440 watts and 12 amps. It meets cULus and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in any food service environment.
