The Metro C537-CFC-U-BUA is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This 3/4 height cabinet features Blue Insulation Armour™ for enhanced thermal efficiency. The clear polycarbonate door allows for easy visibility of contents while maintaining temperature.
Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, it offers precise temperature control up to 200°F. The universal wire slides are adjustable on 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
Mobility is facilitated by 5" casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability.
