The Metro C537-CFS-4A is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This 3/4 height cabinet features Red Insulation Armour™ for superior thermal efficiency, ensuring consistent temperatures. It includes a removable bottom mount control module with a thermostat adjustable up to 200°F, allowing precise temperature management. The cabinet is equipped with fixed wire slides on 3" centers, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing versatile storage options. Its durable aluminum construction ensures longevity, while the 5" casters, two of which have brakes, facilitate easy mobility and stability.
