The Metro C537-CLFC-U-BU is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility. Equipped with a removable bottom mount control module, the cabinet allows for easy adjustments and maintenance. The thermostat is adjustable up to 200°F, catering to various holding and proofing needs. It includes universal wire slides on 3" centers, adjustable in 1 1/2" increments, accommodating up to 14 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 26 half-size 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans.
